Carbon monoxide detector

If you notice after closing that the property did not have a carbon monoxide detector installed per state code and your borrower is not responsive to your requests of installing said carbon monoxide detectors, please note that the Lender’s interest is covered and addressed by the below sections in the Loan Agreement and the Security Instrument:
