Death of members/manager/partners/directors/etc. of an entity

What happens to members/manager/partners/directors/etc. of an entity are governed by the entity docs.

The death of a member may or may not have consequences. Eg. if the death triggers dissolution of an entity vs death has such capacities handled by someone else. All lenders have different options based on the entity and what their business practice was to lend to such entity.

As such, from our end, we need to know what the lender is trying to accomplish so we can documents it: is a borrower or guarantor being released or replaced, are any parties being added, etc. The why is less important as we handle these in Standard support.
