Origination Loan Documents
You can add Disbursement and Funding Authorization by toggeling to "yes" on the Loan tab:
This will open up the Funding Tab where you can add:
- Borrower Fees - To Be Financed
- Borrower Fees - To Be Paid Outside Closing (POC)
- Deposits, Payoffs, Holdback/Reserves, and Final Wire Amount
- Actual Per Diem Interest
The document will generate as below:

Modification and Assumption Documents
You may use the following template(s) in lieu of generating the Disbursement and Funding Authorization with your loan modification/assumption documents:
DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Mixed Mod Assumption
DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Modification
DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Assumption
