There is an Ohio provision that is included in our loan documents where there is Ohio real estate collateral and the loan documents are signed in Ohio. For such scenarios the Promissory Note and Guaranty will contain a warrant of attorney to confess judgement.
The City where the Note is signed is noted on Ohio Notes in order to enforce the Confession of Judgment remedy in commercial loans.

The system identifies this by using the property state field on the Property Page and the signing state selection on the Borrower Page of such an order. You will see the option on the Borrower page to indicate the city where signatories will sign documents via an open data field.
The field can be left blank to be completed at signing if the city within Ohio for signing the loan documents is not known at the time of the document generation.
