Selecting the appropriate County from drop down

Title Company suggests a specific county but it is not on our drop down for counties

For GoDocs the drop-down County field is a reference in the documents to reflect where the recording will occur, as in what would be the actual county of the recording location.

The USPS address references the geographical county which may or may not be the same county that the property is physically in, but USPS uses the county references for the mailing address, property location and not as a recording reference. Title can indeed confirm or advise in which county they will perform the recording.

E.G.: Per title, appraisal and tax cert, the property is identified to be in Clarke County but the only one in the county drop down box for the property address is Athens/Clarke county.
