The Pennsylvania Mortgage requires that the signer/notary insert the date of the first notarized signature in the blank line of the first page of the mortgage. This is separate from the document date and/or any closing date.
The Pennsylvania Mortgage requires the lender to execute the Certificate of Residence attached to the end of the Mortgage. You will find the Certificate of Residence after the Borrower's signature page of your Pennsylvania mortgage in all your PA GoDocs loan documents:
