Adding Subordinate Loans & Subordination Agreements

To add a permitted subordinated mortgage please navigate to the property tab and scroll to Subordinate Financing at Closing; this sets your new loan's lien priority against another loan secured by the same property at closing. It's how you tell GoDocs whether the new loan is first or subordinate on that collateral:

Here you can enter all the data for the Second Deed of Trust (or Third by selecting "Add Subordinate Lien(listed in order) etc):
