How to access the GoDocs Dashboard?
Typically all users can access the GoDocs website, create loan orders, edit loan orders and order loan documents. Each user can view the other user's records.
If your team currently leverages non-SSO login capabilities which requires a 6-digit code when logging in then all users must be added/removed by requesting it via support@godocs.com.

GoDocs is an Azure-hosted platform, and as an extension of our SSO capabilities, we also offer Just-in-Time (JIT) user provisioning to create a seamless experience for your users. We can do OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML 2.0 with automated user provisioning to streamline access. Our approach is to first set you up in a non-production environment for testing, and once everything looks good, we’ll promote the configuration to production.
