What is the normal login/log out window for SSO and non-SSO users?

GoDocs has a refresh at 15 minutes which is a forcing the webpage to help refresh a customer's login, or force them to log in again if they are timed out.

Additionally, we also have the 30 minute window where if the customer shows no activity they are forced to log back in.

If the customer is an SSO user, their IDP could also have a timeout as well that is managed on their end, so GoDocs wouldn't be able to control.
