We do not have a specific fee field, but we do have the Lender Fee fields, which requires an aggregate sum to be paid by borrower before closing of the loan modification as a condition to completing the modification.
We allow aggregate numbers so the lender can handle the specifics as an administrative item of closing.
This also allows the required lender fees to be for a single item or multiple items (established fees, administrative costs, document fees, modification-negotiated items, etc).
