Disbursement and Funding Authorization

Origination Loan Documents

You can add Disbursement and Funding Authorization by toggeling to "yes" on the Loan tab:

This will open up the Funding Tab where you can add:

  • Borrower Fees - To Be Financed
  • Borrower Fees - To Be Paid Outside Closing (POC)
  • Deposits, Payoffs, Holdback/Reserves, and Final Wire Amount
  • Actual Per Diem Interest

The document will generate as below:

You may use the following template in lieu of generating the Disbursement and Funding Authorization with the loan documents: DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Origination

 

Modification and Assumption Documents

You may use the following template(s) in lieu of generating the Disbursement and Funding Authorization with your loan modification/assumption documents: 

DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Mixed Mod Assumption

DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Modification

DISBURSEMENT AND FUNDING AUTHORIZATION - Assumption

You may use the following template in lieu of generating the DFA with the loan docs themselves:
