When we release an original guarantor does that guarantor need to sign the Loan Modification Agreement?

While some customers prefer and/or situations may come up where the original, released parties may/can not sign the modification and/or assumption documents, we do offer the option to not include the signatures of the released parties. This is solely a business decision made by each Lender.
