Your loan is entered as a 10 year loan with sole adjustment at year 5. As there is only one adjustment during the loan, please set your interest rate limitations with the Minimum Interest Rate and Maximum Interest Rate data fields. Loans with multiple rate changes will have the option to set a per-change limit separately.
