Please note that our ApartmentDocs are meant for true multi-family properties with 5+ units, which does not require the same level of business purpose and/or non-owner occupied certifications. If the loan consists of 5+ single-family residences held for commercial leasing purposes, but which could be used for a borrower and/or guarantor's personal residence, then GoDocs recommends using our InvestorDocs platform. Additionally, please note that the Business Purposes of Loan Certification is an InvestorDocs vs ApartmentDocs/CommercialDocs item and is not related to the number of addresses listed on the property page. With this being said, the below language can be found in the Promissory Note for ApartmentDocs loans.
