We do offer the ability to have the actual signature of the Lender included. Please note that the inclusion of their signature is effective in the execution of the loan documents by the Lender.
As such, the ability to include the signatory’s signature in the generated loan documents needs to be from a person authorized to access and use the Lender-provided imaged signature of the Lender’s authorized signer. The imaged signature will be applied to all applicable loan documents generated by GoDocs that are to be executed by the Lender.
We will need a very high-quality signature for the signatory to proceed with this request.
