Does GoDocs recommend that the non-signing members execute this document, even if the operating agreement states that the manager has full capacity without members consent or vote to borrower and guaranty etc?
GoDocs cannot recommend the use, but does provide the option for inclusions, as needed, at Lender’s determination. This functionality can be ordered for Borrower level entities as well as sub-entities and guarantor entities, as needed.
