Can a PO Box address be entered for borrower's address

While you can enter any address, do note that the Borrower Address is used as the notice address in the documents. As such PO Box addresses may not always be the best address for that use as couriers (e.g. FedEx) cannot service that address and they do not work for personal service. It is best practice, that if you have a physical mailing address for the borrower that we can include with the P.O. Box address, where we can document the borrower's address as: "...whose address is [physical address], and whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1234, Los Angeles, CA 12345..."
