If you can not access the datasummary, please do note that this database issue can occur when the loan order is closed before being "unlocked". The best practice is to go to the Summary page of an order before closing the window or moving on from the order. If possible, could you ask the prior preparer to return to the order page and toggle between the tabs to finish on the Summary page to release the record for others to make edits? Alternatively, the database will release after a timeout period of about 10-20 minutes if you are able to wait for that. One final solution is to duplicate the order and work out of the duplicated order instead.
