Flex Construction will capture the intent of i.e. build a house on land that is already primed for development as opposed to developing raw land for a potential subdivision which would be Lot Development. As it pertains to ordering construction loan docs through Godocs, for our current pay-per-use customers it will be a $335 additional fee.
