We wanted to confirm that our documents are compliant and industry acceptable, but we understand on certain transactions the Lender may make business decisions or need to make changes based on negotiations with its Borrower that may lead to altering the documents. We do want to let you know that Lender can make those edits directly within the GoDocs loan packages on their end without any fees. If you, the Lender, do not want to make the edits yourself, the fee would be 75% of the base document fee for scrivener services for a Premium Full Redraw. Let us know how you would like to proceed.
