GoDocs Warranty
Our “warranty” means we commit to using reasonable care to develop and maintain our standard loan templates so that the security documents are generally in a form sufficient to create a lien or security interest. This assumes accurate loan information and proper recording, filing, and perfection, and is subject to your customer contract’s exclusions and liability limits.
That commitment is not tied to a maximum loan amount, but it does not guarantee repayment or reimbursement of losses up to $5 million or the loan balance. Any applicable GoDocs insurance is separate and subject to its policy terms.
We support all 50 states and D.C., but we do not currently offer loan documents vetted for compliance with Puerto Rico law.
