Is there Warranty for loan documents with collateral in Puerto Rico?

If the collateral is in Puerto Rico or the loan documents will be governed by Puerto Rico law, Lender may use our platform to generate loan documents for that loan strictly in draft form. If Lender chooses to do that, before closing Lender must have counsel familiar with Puerto Rico law review those drafts, make any necessary changes or additions, and finalize them to be legally compliant with Puerto Rico law.

GoDocs does not warrant that those drafts comply with Puerto Rico law, and your customer contract excludes GoDocs’ liability for related legal deficiencies and resulting losses.
