You can find the MERS option on the "Loan Tab".
Description
The Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) is a database used to track loan transfers, modifications, ownership, and servicing. Loans within MERS are assigned a mortgage identification number to allow for such tracking.
User Interface
Navigate to the "LoanTab" and scroll down to the "MERS Option" section.
Select the check box that says "Include MERS" and enter the MERS Number (see example below):
