How do I add a changing rate from fixed to variable for a portion of a Construction Term Combo loan?

You will choose Construction-Term Combo for the Loan Type:

You can then chose your construction period type and length:

Then set the Term Period Rate Type to "Hybrid":

There you can complete the Term period, Fixed Period and Index.
