Automated Lender's signature: We do offer the ability to have the actual signature of the Lender included. Please note that the inclusion of their signature is effective in the execution of the loan documents by the Lender.
As such, the ability to include the signatory’s signature in the generated loan documents needs to be from a person authorized to access and use the Lender-provided imaged signature of the Lender’s authorized signer. The imaged signature will be applied to all applicable loan documents generated by GoDocs that are to be executed by the Lender.
We will need a very high-quality signature for the signatory to proceed with this request.
Insert Lender signature block:
- On the loan page, you can check off the box noted below to insert a Lender approved signature into the loan package. It will show up in all applicable documents except for the Mortgage Assignment documents. Please note it is recommended to check this box off when the documents are ready to be executed. For example. if documents need to be reviewed by a Borrower prior to closing, the Lender could order the package without checking this box. Then, when appropriate, redraw the loan package and go back into the loan page, check off the box, then re-order the package.
- This feature must be approved between the Lender legal department and GoDocs Customer support team prior to this option being turned on within the Lender’s system.
