How do I insert a Lender signature block automatically?

1. On the loan page, you can check off the box noted below to insert a Lender approved signature into the loan package. It will show up in all applicable documents except for the Mortgage Assignment documents. Please note it is recommended to check this box off when the documents are ready to be executed. For example. if documents need to be reviewed by a Borrower prior to closing, the Lender could order the package without checking this box. Then, when appropriate, redraw the loan package and go back into the loan page, check off the box, then re-order the package.
2. This feature must be approved between the Lender legal department and GoDocs Customer support team prior to this option being turned on within the Lender’s system.
