Please note that our modification documents identify specific changes that will be effective with the modification. As such, our ModDocs document packages do not include whole documents like a "New loan agreement".
With that, the ModDocs product can be used to add/remove/change specific provisions of the existing loan. We have data fields for the items that can be modified through the automated process.
For those modification items that we do not have automation for (eg. DSC requirement is changing), we can offer Premium support where the change can be included in the modification documents manually via special instruction.
The special instruction for a specific provision to be added is done where GoDocs will act as a scrivener to add customer-supplied language to the modification documents verbatim. We may do some formatting changes, but those are non-substantive and limited to stylistic matters only.
The delivered documents will be in draft form for the lender to review, approve and further customize at the lender's discretion.
