1. One address line (when it is the same city and zip code): 123 Main St. and 456 Central Ave., Anywhere, CA 12345
and will read as below:
2. Multiple address lines ( if same county but different cities/zip codes)
123 Main St., Anywhere, CA 12345
456 Central Ave., Somewhere, CA 12346
and will read as below:
3. Multiple security instruments (different counties, lien positions or property types) which is any combination of the above, per security instrument
