A manufactured multiwide property may align with the Property type of CommercialDocs, ApartmentDocs or InvestorDocs. It would depend on confirming the number of manufactured Multiwide(s), whether the land is included or just the manufactured home(s), and lastly whether the loan is for business purposes.
At this time, the system does not support manufactured home riders as Standard support.
For Premium support, please include a special instruction that you would like us to include the placeholder rider exhibits in the mortgage.
Such loan orders will reference and use an updated Rider definition.
We will provide slip pages for you to insert the riders post-delivery. The mortgage will include the below "Riders" definition that will allow you to select which riders are included, post-delivery.
