How to reset my password?

On the login page, you will find a link to reset your password, "Forgot your password?". You can also find the link here: https://app.godocs.com/Account/ForgotPassword .The user name is commonly your email address. If you have not received the password reset email, please check your spam folder. If that does not work, could you please forward, or send a screenshot of the email you are receiving? The "Forgot your password?" link is to send you an email with another link to Reset Password, from which you just update your password. There should not be any authorization codes. If the password reset system is not working, we will notify the correct department to look into it. That code is usually sent when you are able to log in (the correct username and password are entered), and the website prompts you to further enter a verification code. The verification code is requested when there are long periods of inactivity or you access the website from a new network.
