Mississippi deed of trust

Mississippi law indicates that the deed of trust must include an indexing instruction stating the information like section, township, and range and one or more quarter sections, governmental lots, or other applicable subdivisions of each section in which the land is located. This is usually obtained from the title company. If you would like to circumvent that order validation and have lender's title/closing attorney fill out you can put in a blank line ("_______________") to be filled out as part of closing.
