If you are contemplating making changes to an existing loan, in order to point you in the right direction on our platform, please kindly advise as to the following:
- What modifications do you intend to make?
- Are any of the current parties changing in addition to the modifications mentioned above (borrowers/guarantors/owners)?
For example, a maturity extension can be handled under our ModDocs product type under Standard support.
At this time, our ModDocs platform cannot automatically import the loan details of an origination loan package even though it is an original GoDocs product from our current site. To proceed with a modification, you must select "Add Loan" at the top of your Dashboard and select the following options (see below). This is because our ModDocs platform requires unique information not included within an origination data summary.
Once the information is entered into our ModDocs platform, you can review the fee estimate on the data summary of the modification order.
