Selecting "Is Married (Spouse is NOT executing loan documents)" will include a signature block for the non-owner spouse to execute the mortgage. There is also an explanation of the non-owner spouses participation in the mortgage.
Using the Is married option will also include a Spousal Waiver and Consent form in the loan package as well include spousal references in the Certification of Non-Owner Occupancy and Indemnity.
