Order Redraw

When you need to order a Full Redraw and the option to order the new package is not found in the order screen, the work around would be to please duplicate said order and submit the duplicate order with the edits needed. Please do send GoDocs an email to advise of such submission and once we receive said order, we will revise the invoice on our end to reflect a redraw order.

The redraw functionality was designed for loan documents before signing. Our GoDocs offerings are:

Redraw: up to and through execution (before disbursement and recording).

Amended and Restated (post-disbursement and recording).

But if you have a way of accounting for post-closing corrections where all you need is the same loan documents, but with the correction, no other references to the nature of the redraw, then the Redraw can be used as well.

Changes that qualify for a limited redraw with a limited redraw pricing of 25% of the base package of the original order: the change of month of closing, the change of interest rate and the change of loan amount.
