This is where you enter the Org ID for the FORMATION state of the entity in question.
Description
The Org ID # field is recommended to be used, when available. The Org ID # of the borrower/owner entity, when available, is only referenced on the security instrument (Deed of Trust, Deed to Secure Debt, Mortgage, etc.). Do note that not all states issue Org ID #s, or similar; New York and South Carolina are such states that do not issue a number to formed entities. As noted, it is not to be the Tax ID of the entity.
