If the PUD box was not marked in error and you need the PUD rider to print with the mortgage post order please reach out to our team. Do let us know if you want an A&R Mortgage because it was already closed/funded, OR if you just need a version of the ordered mortgage with PUD activated for your internal use? If it already closed and recorded, you should check with your title company whether they have an expectation for how to handle this scenario. If you decide you need a redraw, in order to assist you with the redraw, please provide the name of the PUD (Property Name) and confirm the dates you would like reflected as well.
