Title is asking that California Deed of Trust be listed on the footer of page 1 of the Deed of Trust. It does show on all footers but page 1.

The name of the document is titled at the top of page and therefore is not required in the footer of such page. Additionally, the first page of a document is always the first page, so "Page 1" in the footer is also not needed. This is both consistent with GoDocs format and style, and has otherwise never caused an issue for recording in California.
