We have a member who changed his vesting on his property. What document would be required to make the changes?

In order to reflect such a vesting change, you would submit that request under our AssumptionDocs platform, which is not currently eligible for Standard support yet.

Please be advised that the assumption order will be processed under a Standard Support level with no review of the data entry or the original executed loan documents therefore no originals need to be provided. You will be able to see a fee estimate prior to hitting submit order.
