You can add Subordinate Financing to your order from the "Property Tab".
Description
When there is a permitted subordinate mortgage (a second), Select "Yes" to "Will there be a permitted subordinate Mortgage?", Select whether the subordinate mortgage will be recorded concurrently with the first lien or if it is already on record and complete the applicable highlighted fields below.
User Interface
Select "Yes" to "Will there be a permitted subordinate Mortgage?"
Update To Record drop-down with the appropriate selection:
(a) To Record Concurrently with the first lien
(b) Already of Record
