You can add a the Lien Position to your order from the "Property Tab".
Description
Lien position, also called lien priority, is the order of seniority in which the law recognizes lenders' claims against a property.
User Interface
(a) First Lien: If this loan is the first lien on the property, select "First".
(b) Second Lien: If this loan is the second lien on the property, select "Second".
You will be required to fill out the information for the first lien (Amount, Date, Already of Record or To Record Concurrently).
If the first lien has already been recorded, the below information will be required.
If this loan is a third lien, please enter the necessary information for the first and second liens in the special instructions field and a member of the DocPrep team will assist.
