Where are the Mortgage Assignment Documents and how should I use them?

The Allonge (end of the Promissory Note), Assignment of Collateral Agreements (separate document at the end of the package), and Assignment of Mortgage are template documents that can be executed at the time of recording or post-closing. These documents can be “Left Blank” and executed, as stated previously, post-closing per Lender requirements or the Lender can put the Assignee name into the software and the templates will populate the Assignee information automatically.
