The non-signing entity data entry does not include a field to input a title intentionally as the paragraph below populates above the entered non-signing signature block and calls out its capacity as Manager(s) or Member(s). This is to prevent erroneous data entry and conflicting information when referring to the title of each non-signing member/manager.
While our non-signing entity data fields are part of our improved process to avoid erroneous data entry, our non-signing individual data fields include the option to specifically call out the title in addition to the paragraph shown above.
