Where is language on escrow for taxes and insurance? Where will hazard insurance be documented in the loan agreement?

1. GoDocs covers this in D.5 of the GoDocs Loan Agreement. GoDocs templates spell out which imposition costs are required and have the borrower make those payments to the lender on the impositions due.
2. GoDocs hazard insurance provision is found in section D.2 (a) of our Loan Agreement: these hazards include, fire, windstorm, and allied perils. Also, at lenders request, various other types of hazard insurance may be required such as earthquake insurance or flood insurance.
