Where is the ALTA 14-06 Future Advance Priority in the Endorsement option?

To do so please use the additional endorsement section under the Endorsements tab to add a custom endorsement that is not on the user interface. 

For the Custom Additional Endorsements you can note them as Post-Closing if necessary just as you did with the ALTA 14-06 field.
